The recipes


It is served in desserts and in various salads. Caprese is one of the most popular salads.


To prepare the salad, you need:

- 500g of tomatoes 

- 200-250g of mozzarella cheese 

- 100g of olive oil (or vegetable oil)

- 1 tablespoon of vinegar

- 1 bunch of basil

- salt, black pepper to taste.

  1. Slice the tomatoes 0,5 cm thick.
  2. Remove the brine, slice mozzarella 0,5 cm thick.
  3. Arrange the tomatoes on a serving platter, add salt, pepper, drizzle with vinegar.
  4. Arrange alternating slices of mozzarella and tomatoes.
  5. Wash and dry the basil. Chop up the basil, except for a few leafs. Sprinkle the platter with basil evenly.
  6. Drizzle with oil.
  7. Top the salad with basil leafs.
